Walked this afternoon after lunch for 35 minutes. 2.58 miles and 5453 steps. Hope to add to that later this evening.

Did half of the walk I expected following lunch. Hope to get in another 30-40 min in later in the day.

Here we go. I am at CRU until Friday. I don't have complete control of my menu since it is already set with the program. However, I do have control over my portions. I have plenty of time to get my daily exercise in. I plan on going home after the conference and having more focus and control.
