Here we go. I am at CRU until Friday. I don't have complete control of my menu since it is already set with the program. However, I do have control over my portions. I have plenty of time to get my daily exercise in. I plan on going home after the conference and having more focus and control.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
