(updated bio)I am a 22 year old proud mother. i have been a member of this site for almost 3 months now. I have been struggling to lose the baby weight, butI have finally figured out a way for me to lose a pound a day. I eat 2 meals before 5pm then dont eat for the rest of the day,only drink water. I only eat after 5pm if i am going to the gym,if not then i dont eat after that time. Lately i havent been going to the gym because i dont have a steady person to watch my son. But this technique i figured out has really been working, yes i know many people would consider it as me starving myself which i agree but i really dont care, im desperate to lose this belly fat, it depresses me, i hate being this way so im doing something about it instead of feeling bad for myself.so far i have lost 16 lbs. but havent noticed it at all in my stomach area,only on my face,neck,and arms. My current weight is 153, My weight when i joined this site was 169, and my goal weight is 125-130lbs. I know i can get there using this technique. I recommend it to anyone whos as desperate as me to lose weight. Trust me it really works!!
