Back at it, slow and steady wins the race. Miller Method workouts and macros. very doable. keep at it, it will work.

Bck at it, can't track this stuff without using fat secret, after two month trying on my own.. First day back. Macros not too bad. Need more protein, 5 g over on fat... I will get there
