Wedding in just over 9 weeks
well, I never used to have this battle - however, menopause has reared her ugly head and now everything I eat - well, sticks - 37 pounds overweight and I'm getting married in less than 9 weeks!
I have had a gym membership off and on for past few years and well I'm back at it - trying the IF way to lose these pounds in 9 weeks - even if I can get to 150 I will be satisfied.
Any tips on getting to my goal would be much appreciated and good luck to all those in the battle!
