Now i am back to where i was 2 weeks ago
i want to move on , but will stay in indusction till i loose for 3 weeks in a row

This weeks weigh in ! Dam
Well no surprise up 2 lbs ! thjats what happens when you over eat 4 of 7 days .
I ma going to try to keep my net to 20 carbs for this next week and see if i get back on track
this to change for this week,
not as many MIM
No ( well less ) Starbucks coffee runs !
