Question for Vegetarians

This right here is super easy to make, and tastes great. All of the veggies there cook up sweet and you use minimal fat (olive oil) to get them cooked.

As above, provided there is a decent veggie spread, do not worry about her choice of protein, she can cover that before or after dinner, or even bring her own.

Water flavor packets
I plan on drinking the following daily:

12oz of herbal tea to start day
8oz diet soda(occasional use)
20oz water through working day
20oz water while watching TV and evening exercise

This will put me at around the recommended daily reqs for a person of my size.

Water flavor packets
so, I decided to make a real effort to consume 60oz of water a day, slightly under the reconmended amount but a decent easy target, 3 refills of my travel mug.

Only problem is, I just weighed myself, ate healthy all day, but gained about 8lbs in water weight since this morning....

Water flavor packets
I dislike water straight with a passion, its boring and lacking in anything but wetness.

Anyone got any suggestions for good low calorie flavor enhancers for water? I just picked up some zero calorie mio fit packs, but I know its probably not that good for me.

heh. I pretty much agree there. Most of his advise is just product selling from the few shows I did catch.
