Today is kick boxing with Ruth. I have kind of reached a plateau with my weight i think. Any suggestions on what to do? I know the lower your weight the harder to lose. I have decided to not weigh for a few days. I don't want to get discouraged. I am going to eat reasonably over the 4th.

Today I have a hair appointment. No gym in the picture today but i am thinking of running/walking around the circle (1.25 miles) I think i need to get a new pair of gym shoes, The ones i am wearing are from Walmart and cost like 10.99. I really don't know what kind to get. I stopped and looked at those toning shoes but they look like i could easily twist an ankle on them. I think i might go to academy and see what they have. I looked at other peoples shoes at the gym yesterday. My problem is i talk myself out of buying when i get to the store.

I am not discouraged that i lost nothing this week. It was my bday and i did splurge some but countered that with some low calorie days. I DID NOT GAIN is what i have to keep in mind. I need to rethink no loss as no gain.

Yesterday I was brave at bodycombat and moved from the outter perimeter, in one "ring". This is a big step for me. I don't think I have ever ventured from the perimeter in any group class i have done EVER. I see myself keeping up with just about everyone there. I am also excited that on the Wii I have moved out of the OBESE into the overweight category. BMI 29--Bodyfat 36.

I so love my little 2 acres of forest! I have a doe and fawn who have taken up a path through my front yard every morning. They munch on the grass, drink from the pond and rest in the "woods". God has been so good to me. Squirels, rabbits and hawks are in my yard daily. I so love nature. I hope in the fall to to some yard beautification in the back. I wish I was more like my mother in that sense...loving yard work and having a green thumb. Today will be a bodycombat day for me. Yesterday was no gym but 7 hours outside in the softball stands had to have burned more calories then just sitting in the A/C. LOL
