I am having dinner out tonight with Ryan. I went to the store and bought some veggies to grill and divide into servings. Also some meat to grill and divide up. Sometimes I don't feel I eat enough. I have a dr apt this week. I hope to have the nerve to ask him to change me to a lower dose of meds. One of my incentives for losing weight was to get off of BP meds.

I am still showing no loss on the scales but my 12 are getting loser and I can get comfortably into a 10. Ruth tells me muscle weights more than fat and since i have been working out some with weights that could explain no loss. The pink pig and I pasted up a lot of desserts today. Overall I feel good about myself.

Wow, I thought i might kind of spurge today and have quesadillas. I looked them up on the food diary and WOW. Changed my mind pretty quick. They are like 1500 cal and RDI for the whole day. I guess i will rethink lunch. I did body pump again today. I think I will do it again on Tues. I had to laugh when Brooke said it would take 3 months to show some definition. I hope to get a picture this weekend to update my profile. Maybe I will be brave and do a whole body shot!
