today not so successful on my new challenge. Went to see a new Doctor, and it was a good visit. Like all doctors, "lose weight and come back in 6 weeks". The next visit should be the last visit with the hepitoligist. I will not need to go back!

Tomarrow I start a new challenge. I have picked out a pair of pants I want to wear at the end of the 12 weeks. I plan on buying a new blouse to go with them. This is a pair of black pants I have worn in the past, but cannot wear now. I feel really good about the new challenge.
