Getting over the hump
Thanks for the feedback. I have been exercising daily for about the same anount as you suggested. My RDI is higher but based on other posts folks recommended a lower RDI... I'l plan on bumping it up to take you advice.

Others have suggested that I keep my carbs between 100 - 150 per day. Any suggestions there ? I try to keep my Fats between 30 - 35 per day.

Maybe my real goal should be where you are ... based on the BMI charts that is where they suggest.... just picked the 195 as getting to the border of that good range for an intermediate goal.

Getting over the hump
My weight loss has slowed over the last few weeks. I made the following adjustments to my diet: More fiber (40 grams/Day); Less Fat (35 grams/day). Try to keep my calories between 1300 and 1500 per day. I changed my physical activity: Reduced Ellipical/Trendmill time to 40 min. keeping heart rate at an average 130 beats per min. I have added more weight training - 20 mins (Back, abs, shoulders & thighs mostly).

Any suggestions on getting the weight loss to continue...... My goal weight is 195 ?
