sorry i know this i a personal issue for a lot of people but i was wondering if weight gain is normal during that time of the month and how much weight is the average person gaining?
then it disperisis right!

gaining instead of loosing
thanks so much
i was thinking it was the lack of calorie intake
which i was not trying to deny myself but i thought i was eating healthy enough to compinsate for eating so much in a day because i am not starving on the less of calories
but....i am a firm believer in the fuel the fire aspect for sure
thanks again and i will check out other peoples profiles

Calorie Issue
i am having an issue with that as well and now i am gaining because i am not reaching my RDI
so i am 2300 to be eating in but am only eating 875-1200 at the max thinking less calories i take in the easier to work them off right!
let me know if you have been told anything else

gaining instead of loosing
well started good lost about 4 lbs now iam totally gainging weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 lb a day for 2days straight
can somebody tell me if i am not eating enough to loose or what!!!
help very discouraged today and just want to give up and binge and eat everything in sight
