I am ready to quit. I bike 4-5 times a week 60 -100 miles at 15-16 miles an hour nd go to the gyn 2-3 times. I watch my caloric intake app 1500 cal a da low fat low sugar low carbs and iam not losing any weight.My husband is on the same thing and he lost 45 lbs and he eats alot more than I do.
