So the past two days I went to the gym. I ran a 3K both days. And on Tuesday I did 10 mins on the cross trainer. Yesterday after running the 3K I biked 3 miles. And I walked 3 KM last night while out with my dogs. Today, since I have work in a little bit, I'm not going to the gym. But I did walk 1KM around the flea market, and I'm on my feet all night waitressing. So far 3 for 3 days of exercise. I might even clean my room a bit and go swimming in my pool before work! MOTIVATED! ^_^

Vacation messed up my whole plan of diet and exercise...on the bright side, today is the last day of serious work. School is over with, and I only have the two part time summer jobs for the next few months. I'm using all the free time to study for exams and to exercise. And see friends and stuff, of course. Tomorrow marks the first official day of summer for me!

Went on vacation the past week, and decided to enjoy myself. Took the bicycles out multiple times, although all the walking and biking was cancelled out by copious amounts of ice cream...Oops. Oh well, I'm back to my routine, done with vacation for the summer, and I'm ready to keep on working out! Nike+ is still motivating me, although since they recently revamped the website, I'm not sure how to navigate it. It isn't very user friendly, and I miss being able to upload my steps and to complete world course games with my Nike+ Fuel that I gained from walking. Apparently I can only get my Nike+ Fuel for runs........??? Ugh. Well, at least I know in my heart that my almost 13,000 steps I took today was one more step in being healthy.
