So the past two days I went to the gym. I ran a 3K both days. And on Tuesday I did 10 mins on the cross trainer. Yesterday after running the 3K I biked 3 miles. And I walked 3 KM last night while out with my dogs. Today, since I have work in a little bit, I'm not going to the gym. But I did walk 1KM around the flea market, and I'm on my feet all night waitressing. So far 3 for 3 days of exercise. I might even clean my room a bit and go swimming in my pool before work! MOTIVATED! ^_^
