At what time should we stop eating ?
A few years ago I lost 50lbs and I didnt eat after 8pm most nights and for me it worked. If there was a night that I was unusually hungry I would eat a low carb or low calorie snack. I also made sure I ate close to the aloted calorie intake. 1200 calories is pretty low I would definitely eat close to that. I also read a book that suggest waiting at least an hour before going to bed after eating.
