well i feel i have been on a yo yo diet since the 6th grade..i have always had to watch what i eat. in my life i have been up to 225 and then made it down to 155. i have been areound 185 for about 3-4 years now which hasnt been horrible but hasnt been great. I turned 30 this past year and swore i would make things different and just maintain a healthier lifestyle. no more late night bar nights and greasy food to start!
