day 5 was kinda hard.. definatly craving chicken! trying to get better at the exersise thing i am usually pretty good but this week has been crazy. also working on drinking lots of water. but i will say i am feeling great! it must be working!

day 4... this is the first time i am actually excited about a diet! if this phase one isnt so bad phase two is gonna be a treat!! i have found my favorite thing is a smoothie (i put vanilla yogurt, soy milk, frozen mixed fruit.). it doesnt even feel like i am eating healthy! i really have found that planning makes it easier. i havent had the challange of having to go out to eat or to a dinner party hopefully i can hold off 5 more days.

well a made it through day one without a hitch and i am on day two i have planned out my day already and made stuff to bring to work so i think it wont be a problem...hopefully ha! i really want to do this and stick to it. i have alot of support: my sister in law is doing the diet (she is the one who got me started), my boyfriend is really supportive (he also is always on a diet so he is kinda doing it too) and everyone on here is great support thank you! it keeps me motivated!

well this is my first day on the diet and it going good because i went and bought the groceries i need to stay on track. i will have a hard time when i have to be at work and everyone goes out to eat for lunch.
