Slowed down these past two weeks due to rain. Will make up the miles in the future. I try to do 15 miles a week.

9/13/10. My first day getting back to maintaining my weight and eating healthy. This morning I had yogurt for b'fast, Apple as a snack, a salad for lunch, dinner is still ???? I joined the 2 challenges. Walk 100 miles in 8 weeks and a salad a day.
I CAN DO THIS!!! Pray for me yall!

I got to start this healthy living and maintain a healthy eating habit. I need a jump start, a push, etc.....
My mother is on a lot prescription medicine. I do not want to be like that. No medicine for me when I am older.
