9/13/10. My first day getting back to maintaining my weight and eating healthy. This morning I had yogurt for b'fast, Apple as a snack, a salad for lunch, dinner is still ???? I joined the 2 challenges. Walk 100 miles in 8 weeks and a salad a day.

I CAN DO THIS!!! Pray for me yall!
