Well I fell off the wagon. After all that hard work, the holidays came and though I tried to be strong, it was so easy to stop going to the gym (who wants to deal with those crowds?) and it was so much easier to go to fast food instead of packing a lunch.
Well last week I went and had a cardiac screening because I was feeling tightness of chest and shortness of breath - I got my results back yesterday and thank God everything is okay, optimal even as far as cholesterol, my blood flow and what not - however my BMI is 34.8, which is horrible. It turns out the majority of my problem is stress and anxiety.
According to smarter minds than mine, my goal weight should be 174, and my waist should be less than 35, I am currently 40+ inches.
I have to make an attempt to get back on track, I was doing so well. It is embarrassing that I have allowed myself to regress so much in such a short period of time.

I’m down to 233 from 259, but I’ve been plateaued there for a few weeks now. Wondering what I can do to get past that hump – I usually run/sauna or bike/sauna when I am at the gym – is it time to add in some aerobic workout with the bosu ball etc? Looking for suggestions, I want to drop at least 23 more pounds.
