Been slacking for the past few days and I'm paing for it. Start a week of midnights today and hope I can get back on track and cut some weight.

Got on the scale today and dropped another two pounds. Feeling good so far, hoping to lose another pound by tomorrows weigh in. Still have 10 weeks to lose alittle more then 7% of my body weight.

Weight in a day early, and look, see what happens, I cheated myself .6 lbs. You can't beat that. Down a total of 5.6 lbs.
