I have decided to do the Biggest Loser at the work place. I have a thyroid problem and figure that this will help me fight my weight problem. I also have high blood pressure and cholesterol that I would like to get under control and get off the medicine all together. The contest will go on for 12 weeks and my goal is 30 – 40 lbs, dropping my weight to 269 – 259lbs, will see, good luck to me.
