New Weight Watchers
as long as you write everything down and can stick to it on your own you should be fine. if you go to meetings buy the books and the calculators then you will have it for life and never have to pay. thats what i did. just stick to it.

New Weight Watchers
i think that it is differnt for everyone. i gained 6 pounds on new points plus. i was not over eating on fruit and veggies either. i went back to old weight watchers and in a week and half lost 1.5 pounds. if you find something that works stick with it.

New point sytstem
i prefer the old WW i gained on the new one and was not over eating on fruit. i was able to track down the old books and it came with a points calculator to keep track of my points. that is sweet. you have to do what works for you. in less than a week i have lost .6 lbs. in a year and a half on the old system i never gained. in two months on new i gained 6 lbs. now that my books are here im getting back on track
