I like my food. Really like my food. But I binge even when I'm full up.
I'm not sure what I'm doing right now but you've got to start somewhere.
I work in a BDSE school and it can be stressful so I do some basic exercise 5 mornings a week before work. I am trying to cut out crappy food but I'm taking my time to cut it down. Every journey starts with a step. So here goes
