Ughhh...didn't realize how much studying takes a toll on your exercise. I hate this. None yesterday, none today, and none tomorrow as far as I can tell. After friday's exam, it's ON. Running with my chica and then Saturday gotta work for 6 hours (which is more physical than "resting") Probably go to gym Sat evening for a little spa/eliptical time after the bonfire. BRRR!

Today is much better than yesterday. I think some people just are my problem friends where I do the unhealthy foods with them all the time. Need to cut back on friend outings as well as the calories. Am back on the healthy train now though and making progress!! :D

FAIL FAIL FAIL! TODAY WAS A BIG FAT FAIL.
didn't go hiking and instead chowed down a half a giant 8oz burger (4oz!) PLUS margarita, PLUS a million fries, PLUS frozen yogurt. just kill me now.. :P

Just about ready for bed and feeling tired. Need to get up early and have breakfast! Am planning on a tasty and hot oatmeal with flax seed and nuts with soy milk :)
