fuck i ate garlic bread, corn chips, and had gin tonight. I am not going to count the 1/2 cup of apple cider i had on top of that. Gah, I can't go anywhere without stuffing things into my mouth, especially when I cooked it! Oh great, didn't add the choco frozen banana either. ... sigh.

Today I actually caved and binged on some kind of horrible processed cracker and 2 pieces of salami. Can you say fucking gross? Even though it was after my workout, I cannot get it out of my head. Simply ridiculous.
Other than that, I am doing okay. I still feel fat and wish all the little lumps and bubbles of fatness would just disappear, now!
I ate fish for dinner, I probably didn't need the yoghurt except that it was so delicious. Also realized that blueberries are way more calories than I expected so I'll have to cut back now. More cucumber for me.
