26 year old female, trying to get my health under control. I am borderline diabetic / hyperinsulinemic. I have a hypo active thyroid disorder and recently found out I may have hashimotos (an autoimmune disorder that attacks the thyroid), and I also just found out I have PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome). I just want to get my weight and eating habits under control and keep it that way!
