I suck!
I am not one to give advice right now, as I am strugling to lose, but in the past I have found that when I started to eat more healthy calories my body began to go out of the feeling of starvation mode and relax. I did gain some at first but then my body said, hey, I don't need all this fat! I am being fed exceptionally! And the fat started to melt. I emphasize the "eat healthy calories" part. Fruits, veggies, FIBER, small amounts of protein. There are sites on line that will give you the right amounts of each. Good luck! This is not an easy process for anyone. It is worth it, though!
