I am an older female with health issues who really wants to change the way I eat and look. I am very tired of being overweight and want to at least try to lose enough weight so that when I walk upstairs, I'm not breathing heavy. I do love to walk but by the time I get home at night, I'm really too tired to do anything. I need to take the time during the day to do a small amount of walking and build it up from there. I tend to be a little lazy when it comes to diets and working out. So I could use a lot of support and a big push to do this!! I know I can, I just need to set my mind on doing this!
