I dont understand the exercise chart
Thank you for the response. So do you happen to know that if I stay under 1500 calories a day and walk about a mile a day I will lose weight? I am 39 yrs old current weight is 230.4 and my hieght is about 5'7"

how can I delete that info off of my diet chart. there is no way That I burned more than i ate just by resting and sleeping.Question
