Ok...I'm back! I'm keeping an eye on carbs (50-100 daily)as well as calories (12-1300 daily)so this weight will drop off.

I've been goofing off since Dec, but since I've only gained 2 lbs, I'm going to count it as a success.

I started my diet at the wrong weight. Today I learned that I was actually 188 lbs the last time I stepped on a scale. No worries...I still lost 2 lbs, so no matter how you slice it I'm cool now being 186 lbs!

I went 125 calories over my diet yesterday, but I refuse to beat myself up over it. Considering that it was a holiday, and I could have done much more damage, I feel that I kept things under control.

Day 4 of being serious about my weight loss - so far so excellent! I'm also taking supplements (Green Coffee Bean & Garcinia Cambrogia)and that helps keep my cravings under control and my fat burning working over time.
