Im 44, but I am not ready to be old. I work in a public high school, lets just say stressful is a good discription. I do a lot of stress eating. Im trying hard to pretty much get all white flour, white rice, and white sugar out of my diet. So far so good. My son is getting married in Oct, and I dont want to be the fat girl in the pictures. So, hopefully I can get at least some of the weight off.
