I WEIGHED IN TODAY. GAINED 0.4. I GUESS THAT IS NOT TO BAD CONSIDERING I ATE OUT JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY LAST WEEK. NO ONE TO BLAME, BUT MYSELF. I WILL HAVE TO DO BETTER NEXT WEEK.

Hi everyone. I am dreading getting on the scale tomorrow. I worked a lot of days last week, and I ate out every day that I worked. I should know better. I have come sooo far, and I am scared that I am getting tired. I have been on a diet for 6 months now. I have lost 46 pounds. I still have 32 pounds to go. It is getting harder. I get a lot of compliments on my weight loss, and that should keep me motivated. When I look in the mirror, I still see all the fat and flaws. Maybe I need to go out shopping for some new clothes. I just don't have the money to spare at this time. I will just splurge on a pair of new jeans. That will make me feel better. Wish me luck tomorrow.
