I was going through some old photos and figured I'd throw out a progress report.
2020: Pandemic, gyms closed, muscles went buh-bye.
2021: Gyms reopened, muscle started coming back a bit.
2022: Pushing myself HARD this year.
The main difference in my size is that I wasn't eating nearly what I needed to make significant progress.
Now, I don't even care about my physique, honestly lol. I'm just aiming to constantly improve my strength. A little tubby, but I really don't care. I look okay with clothes on though 😜
