Woow, I don't feel like eating at all. That's good. I don't drink much water. That's not nice I know. I perefer drinking coffee and tea I know that that's not good. But I do it.
SO my little goal is to drink water.
And exercise! Definitely exercise!
Hopefully the challanges that I am in are going to help me a lot. Fingers crossed!
I am really fed up with seeing 70 somethings on the scale:-( So hopefully next week I wish to weigh in at least 69. I want to see sixty something. I belive that once that I weigh 69, the kilos are going to go away faster:-)

Yesterday night I was thinking of food even in my bed. They tell me first week is always hard but then you get used to it.
I started to imagine myself with beautiful clothes. It worked:-)

So I think fatsecret webiste is really very good. each time I eat something or do something I feel like I have to go in front of my laptop:-)
The challenges are going to start soon, like, one is due tomorrow. I feel good. Really.

I feel really happy because yesterday night I wanted to eat some junk food soo badly and I even went in front of the fridge thinking I will start tomorrow BUUUUUUUUUUT I said to myself "NO!" you will NOT EAT! Leave the kitchen, eat your cauliflower salad and do something else.
So instead of eating and gaining weight I left the kitchen and created a challenge. And now I see that there are other people who are willing to participate. I ama sure that we will all be beautiful and slim.
Then today I saw my weight. I saw that I lost 400 grams more. If I had eaten yesterday night, there would be a weight gain. But I am happy I didn't eat and lost 400 grams more:-)

I am so determined this time. The day i started my diet is actually 1st of December. I have decided to join fatsecret on 20th of November but i couldn't do it.
I was a slim person but i gained a lot of weight. Then i lost like 18 kilos but I still have to lose 22 kilos more.
I loved Fatsecret. The problem is I don't exercise. I will start exercise tomorrow. I am determined. I will lose those kilos and wear beautiful clothes again.
