Anyone on here in their twenties?
I hear ya - no more excuses. I just keep telling myself nothing tastes as good as being in shape feels. Think this site will shed some light on eating habits i thought were good that may not be.

Hi Steph! don't even apologize it's great to get a long message. Congrats on losing the 25lbs! that is a really big accomplishment. i'm definitely in the same situation... I'm in graduate school and working consulting so there is little time for anything else. But i don't have a little one or work at 4 am! so you should be really proud you lost all that weight considering your tight schedule. I joined today as well, I think i just need to be held accountable and it is nice to have someone to talk to about it. all of my friends don't really understand, they eat like crap and are either extremely skinny (you know the type that never gains weight) or overweight and don't care. none of them workout either so i am trying to find someone else i can talk to and motivate me. I use to be an athlete in college so was use to working out for about 3 horus a day, and now I can't even get myself to do an hour at the gym! I use to not go to the gym if i couldnt at least do an hour workout b/c I thought it wouldnt make a difference - but now i realized every little bit helps. I haven't been working out but am shooting for 30 mins a day, and at least 10 if I can't fit anything else in!

hope things continue to go well for you. I've hit plataus before...here are some reads that helped me figure out what my diet pitfalls/mistakes were:

Anyone on here in their twenties?
Just looking for someone around my age to get some idea about their experience or reasons for joining. I'm 24, I've gained some weight after an accident and have had trouble losing it. I'm not overweight, but I'm close. I have an athletic build and am 5'6-5'7 at 143. Anyone on here in a similar situation, trying to lose about 10-20 lbs and get back in shape?
