Well, I am back to where I started, which is what I expected. I really ate what ever I felt like on vacation. It was fun. While I was away, I read the book "The Secret" and it actually had a section about weight loss, which made a lot of sense to me. Basically what it comes down to is that if you obsess continually about weight loss, and over-think everything you put into your mouth, you are guaranteeing that you'll never get to your optimum weight. So, I've decided to say goodbye to this web site. I really love all the great people I've met here, but I think for me, this is the best choice right now. Best luck to you all - you're in my thoughts. Keep fighting the good fight toward health and well being :)

I was sooooooooooooooooo bad on Saturday, so again, I got what I deserved! Back on track again this Monday morning, but I'm warning you all out there, I have vacation coming up and will be off program. So I'll probably be back mid April crying the blues!
I did buys a citrus juicer this weekend and juiced 12 ice cubes worth of lemon, a tip I read here. :o)
