Been on program since Monday without cheating. Well, ok one bite, a small one, of my daughter's cinammon roll yesterday.

I've been going off and on with this diet. So I'm sure I've gotten what I deserve. Back on track as of yesterday. Going to try to make it through Friday this week.

I think I made a big mistake. I made some meatballs for lunch using ground turkey, onion, egg and two big tablespoons of milled flax seed. The meatballs weren't bad, but I feel VERY sleepy now and bloated...exactly how I felt after my old carb-loaded lunches and I think the flax seed may have been a bad idea.

I went to a movie yesterday and ate a box of Milk Duds, one Swedish Fish and one Sugar Free Peep. So far it's been my only indescretion and boy did I pay for it in tummy trouble! Now I see why phase 2 only allows for adding one new food/week! I'm back on track today and VERY happy with my week one results. :o)
