I'm not sure if this is a normal weight loss (5 lbs in 4 days), but I am NOT complaining, believe me. Just trying to prepare myself for the plateau I'm sure I will hit...just in time for the weekend!
The smoothy has become a staple for me, especially because it gets me through a T of flaxseed oil. Sometimes I do end up downing an extra fruit, but my cravings for sweets and carbs are really subsiding nicely. :o)

Down another 1/2 a pound. I have been cheating a bit, having two smoothies a day (which resulted in an extra server of fruit) by I'm still going down so I'm happy. I haven't been exercising either so that would probably speed things up a bit as well.

3 pounds in one day! Ok, guess I'll elect to choke down this food for another day. I had to break down last night and have a 1/2 a smoothie at about 730pm. I only ate half my dinner, a chicken and cabbage thing I concocted that was disgusting. I really need to work on living without salt and sweetners. It is a struggle!

HA!!! As I said, today is the first day I'm on Fat Flush and my daughter grabbed the pitcher out of the fridge that normally contains some flavor of Crystal Light. You should have heard her holler when she took a gulp of that Cran-Water. :o)
