Had my WI and lost .4......not a good loss, but still I will take it. Have been going to the gym and talked with a trainer today to see what I should do to lose weight......
She informs me CARDIO.......so for 1 month I will do as she says and then I will see what happens. Of course still watch the amount of food I eat and what kinds of food......
Feeling pretty good today burned 520 calories.....and I hope all this works, but I can't just focus on the scale my clothes are fitting better also.....like this feeling.
