Guess i didn't enter my food in the right place yesterday. oh well, slowly but surely. Looking forward to getting to know some of you better. I had also hoped to be able to track what type of cravings I had, e-cig, hunger(& type), real cigarette, etc. with the time they occur to eventually reveal if any discernible patterns.

Hi all, Just found this site today when looking for blueberry compote recipe. Since I'd like to lose 25 lbs, thought join y'all on your journey, check out the recipes, and chart my progress. Hope there are many good recipes to try.
Breakfast: 2 coffees w/sugar & real cream and peach Activia lowfat yogurt
Lunch: 1 large 4" pancake w/homemade blueberry compote
Dinner: tomato sauce w/Italian sausage, minced carrot, mushrooms, red bell pepper, 1 1/2 onion, 5 garlic & black olives, fresh oregano/basil/parsley/&cilantro. Instead of pasta we will be having w/spaghetti squash as a substitute.
Bake SPAGHETTI SQUASH halves @375 for 45 min. (i did drizzle this w/EVOO, salt, pepper, Spike seasoning, and nutmeg) Oops, forgot to put in 1/4 cup of water....return to oven til able to prick w/fork (?15 more minutes)then let rest 5 min. BTW, the trick I use to cut my squash lengthwise is a carpenter's saw, then I scoop out seeds & membrane before spicing and baking cut side down.
