My weight is up some, which is expected for me this time of month, but I couldn't get the same number twice on my scale this morning. It has been a bit wonky lately, so I am up somewhere between 2 and 4.5 pounds - that's a pretty big range! I may switch out the batter and see if that helps...and if not, I may have to switch out the scale itself. I've been experimenting with plant-based eating, and I'm not sure if it will work for me or not. Time will tell. Be well, everyone!

August was a struggle for me in a lot of ways, but I managed to lose 5 pounds. Not my best month by a long shot, but I didn't fain, despite my struggles. I'll take it. I'm 6 pounds from my goal with all of September and an extra week to go...Maybe I need a bigger goal to kick myself into gear? What do you think?

Monday I did upper body, Tuesday lower body, today I went for a walk. That part is going well...and so I drop the ball on eating and I'm doing quite poorly there. It's so frustrating. I know better. I feel better when I eat healthier foods, but I'm eating a lot of sugar and junk. It makes me mad (at myself) when I do this, and I cannot seem to find my re-set button. What do you do when you're off track and you know it, to get back in the groove? Help, please! And also thank you for all the kindness and support I've found here. :)
