made to feel like a worthless fool growing up, married a man who was a b..tood but now im me with a new life and a loving man of 20yrs we take care of each other, food was my armour but now i feel like i can take some of that armour (fat) off as im now ready to face the world on my terms!!!! im training to be a mentor to others at the ripe old age of 59, who would of thought it !

hypnotism
i got so fed up i went on you tube and tried a hypnotism video, dont get me wrong im no fool and i did it a bit tongue in cheek , had nothing to lose but fat and im obese, and its free of course, but on listening to some of the things said it really made me stop and realise, the one thing that stood out for me personally was the dont waste food thing we have all been brought up with, he said by over eating you are wasting food and your body isnt a waste bin, also he said when your meal first comes and you look at it and really want to eat it but so far into it you dont feel that feeling you feel full but carry on even though you know its wrong but you should remember there is no shortage of food and if your hungry you can go get more it is not gone forever and put it in the bin, thought id share this might help someone at least it helped me

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every day now, and its staying same , no fluctuations which is rare for me but ive cut right back on salt and sugar, have porridge for breakfast with blueberries ans a handful of walnuts for a mid day snack with rasperries, also fattie fish and salad for lunch, im amazed at how much sugar and salt is in stuff , even so called healthy stuff and porridge walnuts and fatty fish lower cholesterol and give arteries a nice clean out

Under active thyroid
my sister had all kinds of knee problems, doc said she needs a new knee, she was reluctant to get this done too early as she reckons she might need another later on so she is taking hydrolyzed collagen 3 pills twice a day and she has been miles better, also her skin is glowing and her hair is nicer, of course i tried but didn't suit me so ill watch her get less wrinkled and stick to a good diet lol, might be an idea to ask the doc though
