During 2015, my husband had serious health issues, so I became his health care advocate. Getting him stabilized and back on the road to recovery was my primary focus. Unfortunately, I neglected my own health in the process. 2016 is my year to get back on track. I joined Workout Anytime this week and even signed up for sessions with a personal trainer. My first session was yesterday and today I can hardly move! Apparently I was more out of shape than I thought. I work full-time and take college classes online part-time, so I sit too much. I will complete my Associate of Arts degree in July. My hope is to also reach my goal weight of 130 by then.
"Someday" is TODAY! No more excuses!
