Hey,

Reading the threads opened and me posting this is kind of weird, but too be honest maybe between the trolls and the jokers that will answer I would get one or two good advice.

When I was a teenager I did sports, I loved Rugby played for like 4 years, until lets just say it went away. Went 1 year in the military so that's 5 years of intense physical days. And then I hit my 20s and for the passed 9 years (im 29 now going to hit 30 this October... don't remind me) I got an IT job, which means long hours sometimes, eating .... stuff, and ALOT of sitting down.
I wasn't Arnold even when I did sports BUT I could at least chase a buss and not get close to a heart attack.
In these 9 years I went up from 100kg to 145kg. At the beginning of this year I made a new years resolution (don't laugh this time i meant it :D). I started going to the gym, first twice and then up to 4 sometimes 5 times per week. I managed to kick down 10 kg (im at 135 now), but for the passed three months nada, nothing not 1 kg down. I started taking boxing and some MMA Cardio practice for two weeks now, and still nothing, I tried some protein milkshakes to replace food. I literally am at the end of my ropes, and I don't want to quit but I really want to see some progress, otherwise I'm going mental.

Got nothing wrong health wise (well except what comes with being overweight). So HAAAAAALP anyone has a diet or something that I can try?
