I am 47 years old. I have lost around 70 lbs. over the last 3 years doing weight watchers. I was always satified with the way WW worked for me until this past year. I gained 10 pounds over the holidays and was not able to get them back off. I struggled with it until mid June when I red an artical about South Beach and decided to give it a try. so far I have lost 8 lbs. and maybe I juust needed a jolt.
