Thanks for the encouragement, ya'll. So it's 4 AM and I'm up reading mail before doing exercise again. Yesterday I raked leaves as well so today I need to work off some soreness. Yeah Joan for eating the granola:) Now wish me luck to avoid sugar. Exercise makes me hungry!

Finally after sprained ankle healed I am back on morning exercise. I get up every day at 5 AM to exercise with Gilad on fit TV. I've really missed it and feel better already.
