Finally after sprained ankle healed I am back on morning exercise. I get up every day at 5 AM to exercise with Gilad on fit TV. I've really missed it and feel better already.

Way to go Bugzbetty. Keep it up. So glad you are feeling better. Humm eat and go to bed to gain weight. Last night I had a bowl of granola in bed. Thanks and good luck.
