Also, dont be afraid to leave the egg yolks in. There are a lot of benefits to the entire egg. Most things that I have read recently actually say that you will not see the full benefit of the egg unless you eat the whole thing...I wont get into the science of it all, but just an FYI

I just want to stress, find something that gets the numbers you want, but something you really like too...You dont have to eat foods you dont like to lose weight...

Now I know this sounds bad, but another way i go in the morning sometimes is the protein drink above minus the eggs...AND I stop and grab an 8 piece chicken nugget from chic fil a for breakfast...

That gets you to only 15 carbs and 51 grams of protein...That is a good start to the day...You can also accomplish the same thing with low sodium deli meats in the morning (this is also a little lower in fat)...but I prefer the nuggets Smile
